* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise to near 11.0
feet by tonight. additional rises are possible thereafter.

A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 3 TO 5
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. NEW STORMS ARE MOVING OVER AREAS THAT
HAVE ALREADY HAD HEAVY RAINFALL AND WIDESPREAD FLOODING IN LA
PORTE AND PASADENA. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE IN THE NEW STORMS. ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED
TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
