YOUNGSTOWN LINE AS SNOW MIXES WITH FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET ON
SUNDAY EVENING.
* SNOW BEGINNING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.
* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE SNOW...THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL
LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH 4 AM MONDAY.
* SNOW ENDING...MONDAY MORNING.
* WINDS...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE IN THE NORTH...WITH
NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35
