TRAVEL ON NORTH-SOUTH HIGHWAYS DURING THE HIGH WINDS...
ESPECIALLY THE PEAK TO PEAK HIGHWAY AND ROADS ALONG THE BASE
OF THE FOOTHILLS INCLUDING HIGHWAY 93 BETWEEN BOULDER AND
GOLDEN. THERE MAY ALSO BE LOCALIZED GROUND BLIZZARDS IN THE

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN THE FOOTHILLS EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING...OCCASIONALLY REACHING INTO LOWER WIND PRONE
AREAS. THE STRONG WINDS WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD DURING THE
DAY TUESDAY...THEN DIMINISH BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
* WINDS...WEST TO NORTHWEST 30 TO 50 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 75 MPH.
