* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...ALL OF SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND THE
MISSOURI OZARKS FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FREEZING
FRIDAY EVENING. READINGS WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE LOW TO MID 20S
AROUND SUNRISE SATURDAY AND WILL RISE ABOVE FREEZING BY LATE
