
India’s ‘YouTube village’ takes video-sharing game to the next level
A rural settlement in the central state of Chhattisgarh has earned the moniker “India’s YouTube village” after nearly one-third of the people in the community of about 3,000 started using the video-sharing platform to earn a living. Some of the villagers spoke about their online activity on September 13, 2022, while out filming their videos for their channels.
