Make-up is a major part of life in the limelight, so it's only natural that the people who spend the most time in the public eye rely on trusted hands to get their facebeats right. Take a look at some of the most trusted make-up artists.

Lwazi Cele (Diva Cadache)

The diva is bound to be your favourite person in the upcoming season of Living The Dream with Somizi. Cele is Somizi's make up artist and wherever the divo goes, the diva will follow.

Bongi Mlotshwa

While some know her as Enhle Maphumulo's mom, the SAFTA award-winning makeup artist was putting in work on the Generations set long before many of you even knew Enhle's name.

The makeup guru currently works on the One Magic production, The River, in addition to a number of other projects.

Nthato Mashishi

If you grew up reading True Love magazine (or loving South African celebs) then you HAVE to know his name.

Mashishi has worked with and is loved by nearly everyone in the South African entertainment industry.

Nomsa Madida

After all the years she has put into her craft and the times we (and other publications) have featured her, you have no excuse not to know the other Madida (Nomsa). And yes, she is apparently related to Zakes Bantwini (who's real name is Zakhele Madida).

We were also surprised to find that the MUA kept a whole pregnancy and magazine cover under wraps until AFTER she had given birth.

Congratulations to her and her husband on the birth of their new child.

Embelesh house of beauty

Embelesh looks like the place to be if you're from KwaZulu-Natal.

Just check out some of the faces they work with:
