SA Women's Protea's team share their excitement about upcoming World Cup
Cricket South Africa (CSA) has named the squad of 15 that will represent South Africa in the first ever stand-alone ICC Women’s World T20 taking place in the West Indies from November 9-24.
Some of the team members that will represent the country sat down with Azania Mosaka to discuss the T20.

Protea Team Captain Dane’ Van Niekerk says it is very exciting to have been chosen and the team is a very experienced team.
I think I said it early, this is the best bunch we have got in a very long while so I am very excited with the mix of experience and inexperience and I am very excited for the world cup.

All Rounder Chloe Tryon says she is also very excited for the T20 which she prefers.
Its fast cricket, its high intensity all the way. And obviously, the game has evolved so much that everyone loves the T20 so I will definitely say T20.

Bowler Tumi Sekhukhune says she only gave herself two years to get into the team as she was still working on the skills she was lacking.
It is really quite exciting to be part of the Proteas.

She says she was at home when she heard about the call-up.
