Gå ned i vekt på sommeren

Vi vet alle at får å gå ned i vekt, så må du forbrenne flere kalorier enn du konsumerer. Du må også bli mer fysisk aktiv. Dette er selvsagt lettere sagt, enn gjort. På vinteren blir vi lett deprimert, og dermed mer stillesittende inne med søppelmat. 

Men på sommeren derimot, er vi i bedre humør, vi beveger oss mer, deltar i aktiviteter og svetter mer. Derfor er det faktisk lettere å gå ned i vekt på sommeren.
