Cook on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. When it is cooked to the extent that it would not break even if shaken, turn it over and cook the other side as well. When both sides are cooked, place a plate over the frying pan, turn it over, and slide it back into the frying pan. 5) Preheat the oven at 450F, placing the cooked dough on an oven tray covered with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Apply pizza sauce and cover with toppings of bell pepper, mushroom, bacon, Italian sausage, and black olives.
