Surviving loss in Afghanistan: A family of amputees

Last year, ten children from an Afghan family picked up unexploded mortar bomb -a common sight in Afghanistan. The deadly device went off, killing three children and an older relative. The remaining seven lost at least one limb each. One year on, the survivors are struggling to adapt to their new reality.
