第88屆奧斯卡 必看亮點

Wonderwall 標誌 作者: By Mark Gray and Megan Riedlinger / Wonderwall | 圖片 1 /共 12 張: With Chris Rock hosting the 88th Annual Academy Awards on Feb. 28, 2016, laughs -- and uncomfortable moments -- were to be expected. But what else were people talking about at the 2016 Oscars? From the fashion and drama to notable on-stage antics, keep reading for the most buzzed-about moments from film's biggest night. But we've got to start with Chris. He came out swinging at the #OscarsSoWhite controversy from the very start of his show-opening monologue. He didn't hold back, as only he could. The show started with a montage of nominated films. The first words out of Chris' mouth: "I counted at least 15 black people in the montage." He skewered the boycott and even said that he thought about quitting, but then decided, "The last thing I need is to lose another job to Kevin Hart." He blasted the big names for boycotting the awards (Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith, Spike Lee, and more.) "Jada boycotting the Oscars is like me boycotting Rihanna's panties. I wasn't invited." Only Chris could get away with this, and he did it well. He joked that the Academy needed "black categories" such as "black best friend," which Wanda Sykes would always win. He finally asked, "Is Hollywood racist? You're damn right Hollywood is racist. Hollywood is like sorority racists. It's like, 'We like you, Rhonda, but you're not a Kappa.'" It was equal opportunity skewering at its finest. Well played, Mr. Rock, well played.
