Every cinema lover idolised the on-screen romance between Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. While Raj raised the bar for every girl, Kajol became every man's dream girl. Such has been the craze of Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.

After two decades, if fans are still in love with the romance, dialogues and SRK-Kajol's jodi, it's the iconic train scene that is still on everyone's favourite list. As Amrish Puri says, "Ja Simran ja, ja jee le apni zindagi", Kajol runs towards Shah Rukh Khan who is already on a train that's leaving the platform.

The scene is a favourite among many cinephiles, but Kajol in a latest interview to daily revealed that it wasn't an easy scene to shoot. The 44-year-old actress revealed that the train used to come every 20 minutes and that's when they could do retakes.

"Honestly, we were worried about the heat and getting cranky, my hair was frizzling out, the train wasn't moving at the right speed that it should have. We couldn't do retakes because the train had to go ahead and come back which would take some 20 minutes. It was a mess," she told a daily.

"Actually, Raj should have just pulled the chain instead of making me run like a crazy person. In hindsight, of course, it's become an iconic scene but I can't take any credit for it. It's all Adi (director Aditya Chopra)," added Kajol.
