Very Early Reviews for DC's 'Aquaman' Movie Pour in

Reviews Mixed For ‘Beatriz At Dinner’

This weekend Salma Hayek's new movie, "Beatriz at Dinner", hits theaters in limited release. Hayek plays Beatriz, an immigrant from a poor town in Mexico. She's built a career as a health specialist. Beatriz soon collides with her polar opposite, a self-satisfied billionaire, at a wealthy client's dinner party. Co-starring comedy legend John Lithgow, the movie tries to be funny, serious, and thought provoking. The theme of the film is a plucky immigrant taking on a wealthy and bigoted real estate developer. The movie is getting mixed reviews and holds a 71% on rotten tomatoes. Critics said the movie is timely but also very heavy handed and preachy.
