Jake Cornish looks set to train as a new Dreamboy after catching the attention of the male strip show's boss.

The former 'Love Island' star admitted he would love to join the company while performing a saucy dance on the ITV2 dating show during the yearly heart-rate challenge, as he declared: "If anyone from Dreamboys is watching, get on the phone to me now."

And his dreams could be about to come true.

Dreamboys owner and director Alice Woods said: "I've loved watching Jake on 'Love Island', from the first few episodes he instantly caught my eye as a potential Dreamboy, he's got the look."

Alice admitted she wouldn't be able to say no to the 24-year-old water engineer if he is still keen to become a stripper.

She added to OK! magazine: "He has the perfect cheeky chappy demeanour we look for in all our performers, and a few Islanders who left the series earlier on had mentioned to us that his dream in life was to perform with the Dreamboys.

"We're all about making people's dreams come true, so how could we say no?

"When we saw him doing his strip-tease during the challenge, we couldn't believe it, especially as he literally asked us to get in touch ... so we did!"

While Jake's dreams could come true away from the villa, his chances of winning the current 'Love Island' series went up in smoke last week when he and Liberty Poole split up.

The former couple then decided to leave the dating show early, giving up a chance to win the £50,000 prize money on offer in tonight's (23.08.21) final.
