Olivia Rodrigo is having a major moment in the sun right now, and it's not hard to see why. The 18-year old pop star visited the White House in a bid to encourage young people to get vaccinated against COVID-19 (because she wants us all to be happy and healthy).

She met with President Joe Biden and his chief COVID-19 medical officer Dr. Anthony Fauci to record a series of videos for the campaign. The videos will be featured on her own social media channels, along with the White House's accounts.

Rodrigo was formally introduced as someone "who traversed red lights and stop signs to see us," because don't we love it when the government tries to be relatable?

"I am beyond honored and humbled to be here today to help spread the message about the importance of youth vaccination," Rodrigo said from the White House press briefing room podium.

"I'm at the White House meeting with President Biden and Dr. Fauci because it's so important that we all get vaccinated," Rodrigo said in one video posted after her briefing room appearance. "It doesn't matter if you're young and healthy, getting the vaccine is about protecting yourself, your friends and your family. Let's get vaccinated!"

While the meaning for her visit was undeniably important, the internet seems far more concerned with her styling choice, namely that stunning vintage Chanel suit. Styled by Chloe and Chenelle, the star paired the 1995 pink Chanel suit with Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Justine Clenquet earrings and a purse from Amina Muaddi. She further accessorised the look with multiple silver rings on each finger.

The plaid blazer and mini comes straight from the French fashion house's Spring 1995 collection, making the piece a full 8 years older than Olivia herself (who was born in 2002). The feminine look was offset with the pairing of black socks and chunky, white platform heels, and we're living for it. It's a look worthy of former US First Lady Jackie Kennedy, if she teamed up with Cher from from Clueless).

It's good to know that if she ever fancies a change from her singing career, she's got one chic, platformed foot in the door to become the nation's First Lady.
