Converse All-Star BB Prototype CX

Converse is going back to its roots, dropping the label’s first performance basketball shoe to feature CX technology. The new All Star BB Prototype CX takes the CX foam midsole we loved from the most recent All-Star lineup and chucks it inside a stronger, more durable performance sport silhouette. As a result, the new basketball sneaker has better impact absorption, a new lock down system that feels better courtesy of its higher walls, and new dynamic traction. These ones are a little lighter and stronger than we’ve seen before, not to mention, pretty tidy looking. The All Star BB Prototype CX will be available from September 13th at Converse.com.au and select retailers.

adidas Campus ’00s ‘Grey One/Crystal White’

We generally think of the adidas Campus as ’80s nostalgia but in the early ’00s, the silhouette was reimagined to fit with the times. That meant magnifying it all and giving the shoe plush tongues and a chunkier midsole. These are a remake of the ’00s release, bringing all that Y2K nostalgia to the table at a time when the ’80s silhouette of the shoe is also enjoying renewed popularity. Head to Up There now to buy.

The Air Jordan 1 looks good in almost any two-tone colourway but there’s something particularly special about this one. The ‘Vachetta Tan’ pairs together tan with black for a classic look. These are the second denim shoes of the week with the upper pairing together premium leather tan and black denim. In terms of the details, if you’re a fan of the Jordan 1 you’ll find nothing to deter you here. Nike will drop them from 17th September.
