NSW Police ends their investigation into historical alleged rape
Professor Kim Rubenstein says the Prime Minister "needs to reflect back on ministerial responsibility" following the police ending investigations into an alleged rape back in 1988. Trish Bergin says "it's about the community standards we expect".
