
Rape case against Bruce Lehrmann abandoned by ACT DDP
The retrial of the man accused of raping Brittany Higgins at parliament house in 2019, won't go ahead. Bruce Lehrmann pleaded not guilty to the charge and faced a trial in October, but the jury was discharged due to juror misconduct. The re-trial was scheduled for February.
