Adelaide Holden factory repurposed to grow mushrooms
Mushrooms have displaced muscle cars at the old holden factory in Adelaide’s north. In a sign of how much the Australian economy has changed former assembly line workers are joining the workforce to produce premium mushrooms for gourmet restaurants and supermarkets.
