Australian of the Year Grace Tame criticises the Government’s strategy to combat child sexual abuse

The Federal Government has this week released its much anticipated national strategy to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse. Sexual assault survivor advocate and Australian of the Year - Grace Tame has criticised the plan, arguing there is disproportionate investment in police and border forces rather than prevention and awareness measures.
