
Australia's first complete Plesiosaur fossil discovered in outback Queensland
Palaeontologists working in outback Queensland have discovered the complete fossil of a Plesiosaur, an ancient marine reptile which lived alongside the dinosaurs. Only a handful of reptile heads have been discovered in Australia and researchers say it will help unlock some of the mysteries surrounding the prehistoric creatures.
