Hobart's first IronMan Tasmania event more than a year in the making
A Tasmanian competing in his first ever ironman event has won the inaugural ironman Tasmania. After 113-kilometres of racing, Commonwealth games medallist Jake Burtwhistle was first over the line in the men's division, while another experienced campaigner overcame illness to win the women's.
