Vic guide dog headquarters gets $23m upgrade

Victorian Disability minister Martin Foley and Guide Dogs Victoria chief executive Karen Hayes speaking to media at the Guide Dogs Victoria campus in Melbourne's east about a redevelopment of the state's guide dog home. Foley says the state government will chip in $5 million towards the $23 million redevelopment of the site and will include a specially designed learning environment for those with vision impairment.
