Federal Reserve lifts rates by 0.25 of a percentage point
The US Federal Reserve has increased rates for the ninth consectuvie time and flagged there could be more rate hikes to come. Bloomberg economist Stuart Paul says it shows the central bank is determined to reduce inflation despite turmoil in the banking system.
