Latest report shows four targets are going backwards
There are mixed results in the latest closing the gap report. Healthy birth weights, the number of children enrolled in pre-school and a reduction in the rate of young people in detention are on track. Four targets are going backwards and there isn't enough data to make a call on several targets.
