Hobart women’s shelter redesigned to better help women
A housing shortage and a spike in demand means women and children escaping family violence are sometimes spending months in shelters. With that in mind, one Hobart shelter is undergoing a re-design creating spaces that feel safe, homely, and assist in the healing process.
