Swimming Australia apologies after major culture review

Swimming Australia has apologised to members who've had a negative experience in the sport after a major review into its governance. An independent review was commissioned in June based on complaints to the governing body including by Olympic silver medallist Maddie Groves. The report has been released today and has made 46 recommendations to improve gender imbalance, coaching culture, and complaints handling.
