AG criticizes feds on internet access, travel for disabled Canadians

Auditor general Karen Hogan says the federal government needs to do a better job in three areas, including tracking foreign aid spending. As David Akin reports, Ottawa is also being urged to bring high-speed internet to all Canadians; and remove barriers for travellers with disabilities.
