Judge to review case of former Kelowna Mountie given one-day suspension
The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner is calling in a retired judge to have a closer look at a case involving a former Kelowna Mountie that is connected to a high-profile murder investigation in Lake Country. As Jules Knox reports, the commissioner appears to believe that Brian Gateley should be serving more than a one-day suspension for his actions.
