Marvin Rotrand to hang up hat after 39 years as Montreal city councillor

The dean of Montreal's city council, a man who was first elected when Jean Drapeau was Montreal's mayor, is stepping down. City councillor Marvin Rotrand is retiring after 39 years in office. He's the longest sitting councillor in city history, after first being elected in 1982. But as Tim Sargeant reports, he's not done with politics just yet.
