N.B. premier questions coal phase out deadline
New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs is questioning whether it will be possible to meet the federal government’s deadline for the phase out of coal powered electricity. As Silas Brown reports, one group says that’s because of the premier’s lack of flexibility when it comes to the province’s clean power future.
