Oregon man arrested for child luring, as missing girl reunites with family
A 13-year-old girl from Edmonton who went missing more than a week ago is back with her family, following an exhaustive international search. The girl disappeared after leaving her home for school, and was only found on Saturday. A 41-year-old Oregon man is now in custody and facing charges of child luring in connection with her disappearance. Morgan Black with the latest.
