Instrumental Stories: Songs of Ukraine and the Bandura
Iryna Kalinovich, a Ukrainian Calgarian who specializes in the bandura demonstrated the beauty of this unique string instrument and serenaded the audiences with some traditional folk ballads at the second installation of Instrumental Stories, a collaborative series presented by CBC Calgary and the Calgary Public Library.
