Ben Affleck and Matt Damon shared bank account at start of career
During an interview for The Bill Simmons Podcast, the longtime friends and collaborators revealed that they shared funds as young actors in the 1980s. "It was unusual, but we needed the money for auditions," said Damon, to which Affleck noted: "We were going to help each other and be there for each other. It was like, 'You're not going to be alone. I'm not going to be alone. Let's go out there and do this together.'" Ben Affleck / The Bill Simmons Podcast.
