Spring flooding in Quebec, Canada, forced evacuations and caused damage to structures across the province in late April, CBC reported. Video recorded in the town of Scott, southeast of Quebec City, shows flooded streets and homes alongside the Chaudière River on April 20. According to the town, a number of streets were closed as the result of the inundation. On Tuesday, Urgence Quebec said 179 homes were flooded in Scott.
