Bakhmut a 'propaganda victory' for whichever side takes it, says retired U.S. Army Brigadier General
Retired U.S. Army Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt says the city of Bakhmut holds little strategic significance in the broader context of the war. "I think this is just both commanders - Putin and Zelensky - trying to outdo each other to proclaim to their people a major victory and to keep this war going."
