Canada providing $120 million loan to Ukraine to counter Russian threats
In addition to troops already on the ground, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced Canada will lend $120 million to Ukraine to help counter Russian aggression. Mike Le Couteur reports on the stern warning Trudeau has for Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the other support Ottawa may give Kyiv.
