Coronavirus: Manitoba's top doctor says vaccine rollout underway for general public

Roussin, Manitoba's chief public health officer, on Monday provided an update on the COVID-19 pandemic in the province as well as the province's COVID-19 vaccine rollout. Roussin said the rollout was expanded on Monday after starting last week for those age 95 and over. Roussin said it's been "moving slowly and the appointment system has been working well."
