Baby among 4 people found dead near Manitoba-U.S. border
Four people, including an infant, have been found dead near Emerson, Manitoba, close to the U.S. border. It's believed they were all trying to enter the U.S. by foot, and died from exposure to freezing temperatures. As Brittany Greenslade reports, now a Florida man has been charged in connection with the case.
