COVID-19: Demand overwhelms Alberta vaccine booking system
The online and phone booking system for Albertans vying for COVID-19 vaccines was so overwhelmed the website crashed. As Jill Croteau reports, the system was so stretched to the limit that thousands are left without appointments.
