Details to be worked out for Vancouver's night time economy plan
There's a new plan to attract people into the downtown core, bringing Vancouver’s nightlife alive by extending it longer into the night. Mayor Kennedy Stewart made the announcement Thursday, but as Andrea Macpherson reports, there are still some details to iron out.
