Duclos defends ArriveCan app, says its helping accelerate entry through customs
Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos defended the government’s continued use of the ArriveCan app on Thursday. He said that while it was originally developed to help monitor vaccine status during the COVID-19 pandemic it is “increasingly” being used to speed up entry through customs into Canada.
