Halifax hosts Canadian Pride Curling Championships
Halifax is hosting the 2023 Canadian Pride Curling Championships for the first time in 10 years, after its plans of hosting the 2020 tournament fell through due to the pandemic. Though it’s a competitive sports tournament, participants say it’s marked by witty team names, camaraderie and inclusivity. Vanessa Wright reports.
