Policies, procedures in place ahead of Black Friday shopping
At Vaughan Mills in York Region, officials are preparing for Black Friday shoppers coming to stores for holiday deals, but amid the COVID-19 pandemic, new procedures have been put in place to ensure safety of staff and shoppers. Erica Vella has details.
