Putin visits Crimea on annexation anniversary as he faces ICC arrest warrant
Saturday marks the ninth anniversary of the day Russia annexed Crimea. To celebrate, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a surprise visit to the region just one day after the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest. Mackenzie Gray reports.
