Toronto police identify victim, son charged with 2nd-degree murder in city's 13th homicide
Toronto police have identified the victim of the city's 13th homicide of 2021 as 69-year-old Kathleen Hatcher. Investigators say her son, Colin Hatcher, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Katherine Ward has more.
