U.S. scrambles to address baby formula shortage
A widespread shortage of baby formula has forced U.S. President Joe Biden to invoke the Defence Protection Act as Congress moved to pass a $28-billion US emergency funding bill. In Canada, officials are temporarily easing regulations on some baby formula imports to prevent a similar issue.
