Vancouver police investigate city's 13th homicide of 2022
Police say the murder victim, Kevin Liew, had only returned to Vancouver after years spent mostly in the San Francisco area. He was found in an abandoned house near Renfrew and E 8th Ave. Catherine Urquhart reports.
