Viral video: Prince George RCMP seek driver who pulled off dangerous stunt | Vancouver Sun
The video's background music is the theme to The Dukes of Hazzard, a 1980s TV show about two moonshine-running cousins who drove a 1969 Dodge Charger, nicknamed General Lee, that often went airborne to escape law enforcement.
"This was a dangerous stunt that put the lives of those in the area at risk. It occurred during the day at what appears to be peak shopping hours for the strip mall. Additionally, children frequently use that hill for sledding. We are making a plea to the public, and particularly the driver of the vehicle, to come forward with what they know," said Prince George RCMP spokeswoman Const. Jennifer Cooper.
Police also want to talk to the person who filmed the video, which garnered more than 130,000 views after being posted to Facebook on the weekend.
