Biden Declines To Weigh In On Breyer Retirement: 'Happy To Talk About It Later'
President Joe Biden declined to address the reported news that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is planning to retire. "There's been no announcement from Justice Breyer. Let him make whatever statement he's going to make," Biden said Thursday during an event at the White House.
